How our ordering process works.

Shipping and Delivery

Once you place an order, we submit it to our supplier. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing. As the shoes are shipped internationally, it may take some time for them to arrive at our office, which is why we cannot provide updates during this period. Rest assured, once your order reaches our office, we will send you a tracking number via the email or phone number you provided.

If more than 4 weeks have passed since you placed your order, feel free to email us, and we will also reach out to confirm that your order is being processed. Please note that some orders may experience delays, but we are handling everything with care and attention.

Tracking Number

Once your order arrives at our office, we will send you a tracking number to the email you provided. From that point, your order should arrive within 2-4 days, as we ship via Priority shipping. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
